Using the doculife® Mobile Client, customers of doculife® directly access their files and documents via their iPhone or iPad. They use the same access data, as for the other doculife® clients.
There is an index as well as a full text search available within the doculife® Mobile Client. The different search options help to identify the relevant information at once.
When forwarding documents or changing the status of documents, approval processes may be easily realized. When being on the way, you may add text and voice notes, as well as attachments to documents and files. Using this function, you can exchange information with your colleagues in the office, or forward tasks directly.
There is an information service that may be activated: as soon as a certain file or document is modified, the user gets a note – using this service you are always up-to-date.
Business critical documents are available online, and may be additionally stored as a copy in the vault of the doculife® Mobile Client which is password-protected twice. Using this local vault you can minimize the risk of losing the internet connection temporarily, as you have the important information still at hand.
